Do you require a prescription to order?
While some of our products are intended for professional use, we do not require a prescription to place an order. However, we strongly advise all clients to consult with a medical professional before use.

Shipping
Do you ship within Japan?
No, we specialize in international orders only. All shipments are sent from Japan to customers around the world.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask for your patience, as additional days in transit may be required for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your medical or aesthetic products, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products securely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at castthewhite@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and the external packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can initiate a claim with the carrier
